These 2 over the air networks will each air five Thursday Night Football games (simulcast on NFL Network) during the 2016-17 NFL season.

What are NBC and CBS? Blessings to Shonda Rhimes and her TGIT lineup (Grey's Anatomy, Scandal, & How To Get Away With Murder) for giving ABC no reason to go after the Thursday package.

Hmm, I've been reading about the new NFL deal for the last 24 hours, but just dawned on me that it could mess with my Jeopardy! viewing on the 5 NBC Thursdays if they continue the absurdity of starting the pregame show at 7:30 on Thursdays for an 8:30 game. Hopefully they come to their senses and keep the pregame show NFL Network-only until 8 PM Eastern.

My Jeopardy! station in Louisville (WLKY-32) is a CBS affiliate, and they started the pregame coverage at 7 or 7:30 every Thursday (we are a 7:30 Jeopardy! market). But they shifted Jeopardy! to one of the digital sister stations (32-2 over the air, with a standard-def spot somewhere on the cable dial) each week that they had a conflict. Some weeks, the cable program guide reflected it (though it was called "Jeopardy" with no exclamation point, and had the description of some kids' show about a boat), and other weeks, it said that half-hour was a M*A*S*H repeat, but the actual showing of Jeopardy! was consistent those weeks. So you may wind up seeing a solution like that in your market.

This is true, my station is usually pretty good about putting J! on the subchannel when there is previously scheduled programming in its place. Most likely I won't miss the show should the NFL pregame start at 7:30, will just be recording it on a different channel.

COMPLETELY south? Mostly south? More than half south? At least partially south?

My guesses for those:

So I take it the correct clue was "It has the largest population of any country completely south of the Equator".
