Football pre-emptions

Some of us have football tonight. This is the first time in years that I've had it cause even the likelihood of a pre-emption.

Anyone want to provide a copy of tonight's episode for those of us who have silly affiliates who don't realize they have a subchannel too to do without?

(And Wheel for that matter.)

Yes please. The show was preempted on both possible channels today. :(

My local station is showing an episode at 2:30 in the morning and another at that time Monday morning. I guess those are the ones from today and tomorrow.

The NBC affiliate (only 6 months old) in Dothan decided to run repeat of the parade from 2-5, but WJHG in Panama City opted to run their
regular lineup of Andy Griffith, The Doctors, Millionaire & J!

Tomorrow, some affiliates (on CBS & ABC) will probably have show pre-empted due to more football.
NBC has NHL Hockey from 1-4 ET.

It will be up on the archive sooner than later, right? I'd wait till then.

Wheel isn't archived, though. :-P

You could just play some word jumbles or something to pass the time

Word jumbles don't have a colorful wheel or a Bonus Round. :-P

(I know, I know…)

My CBS affiliate pre-empted Jeopardy! tonight entirely and have re-scheduled Wheel for 1:37am. If the past is any indication, it will not be shown at that time.

Luckily, I still have CHCH.

Game Show Kingdom has a Wheel transcript: http://gskingdom.blogspot.com/

I don't know about J! as I did not dare scroll down.

With my NBC affiliate airing Jeopardy! at 7:30, I should be free of pre-emptions for Thursday and Friday, so the episodes will be on my DVR, but I'm not sure when I'll get around to watching them. I haven't even seen Wednesday yet, so hopefully no one was looking for my posts of the scores and FJ clues. (Or hopefully someone filled my shoes in one or both of those threads)

And, true to form, my DVR recorded a segment of Craig Ferguson instead of Wheel.

I thought you did something for Wheel like what the Archivists do for J!?

Yes, but that requires me having access to the episode in the first place. (Which I got thanks to a certain someone.)
Spoiler
Not like I would've missed that much — Bankrupt was hit SIX times in the third round, the winnings weren't all that high, and the bonus puzzle was misspelled. I'm pretty sure BABYPROOFING should have a hyphen in it.

No hyphen; it's just a compound word.

^ Then why does Google ask me "did you mean baby-proofing?" when I search it as one word?

Because it works on algo-rhythms.

I've been a devoted fan of the Dallas Cowboys since 1966, less than a year before I first started watching J!.

When tonight's game was preempted by Cowboys-Raiders, I didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

At least the Cowboys won. And at least J! recaps (and archive?) are available. God bless all of you who make It possible for me to learn about last night's J!.

Best of the holidays to all. When I awoke this morning (Friday the 29th) my first thought was (oddly) how many maniacs must be bulldozing their ways through the stores in search of mad savings on Christmas junk. My second was, how things have changed in my lifetime.

Peace on earth to all.
