Thank you for the quick work with the video and answer list. 42 for me if Graphic counts correct compared to 50 for last year's Eastern, so no argument from me it was harder.
The ones I missed:
Spoiler
Android - no clue wrote Mozilla to have something
Obsidian - I erased the right answer and switched to Vulcanite letting Roman throw me off (The last time J! used obsidian for a correct response on the show I got it)
Matisse - No guess
Greece - No guess - current events not good for me especially world leaders
Jesus - guessed light
Dystopia - wrote anarchy, counted the letters and knew it was a miss
You Oughta Know - no, I ought not - I wrote Ironic since that was easier than Jagged Little Pill
Bach - wrote Mozart and changed to Handel...could not place the composer in time, but was getting warmer
The guesses I hit were:Spoiler
As You Like It
Utah
ISIS
The others were no doubters although I wrote Agor before switching to Forum.
I'll take a bow for mentioning Outlander/Gabaldon and Hozier/Church in that pre-test guessing thread.

Missed Outlander, Android (brain fart!), Buster Keaton, Matisse, & Estonia (Tallinn! Not Sofia, and not Riga.)
Misspelled "Medal" as "Medeal" of Honor & noticed too late to edit. And I gave Alanis credit for proper spelling/grammar & said "Ought To" rather than "Oughta." Hope they take "graphic" singular rather than the plural.
#6 is Forum, right? Not Curia or Curia Julia? I certainly hope!
So either 45/50 or 42/50, depending on whether those 3 are deemed correct!

I assume they want Ares here, but the clue is incorrectly worded. Isn't it?
I think they got it right. Mars is the Roman name and they wanted the Greek one.
How? Roman counterpart of Mars makes no sense, as Mars is the Roman name. They could have just left it "in Greek myth he was the god of war"
Oh, I see what you are getting at. I guess my skipping over a word here or there helped me on this one.
Now....since my last call for an audition (2008! 7 years ago!), I've lost 90 lb., gotten a decent haircut, and had my teeth fixed.
Time for another chance to be telegenic?
My lowest score in a long time—31. Unless they dock all the points for my Canadianness on an American award by calling it the "Medal of Honour!"
Oh well, hopefully next year I won't be fraught with so many brain farts and blanks and stupid answers where I should have known better.
As for delay issues, I had a slight one, in that the first question didn't show up for the first two seconds. Not that I would have gotten it correctly with a full 15 seconds—I should have read the recent events thread a little earlier!
Highlander for Outlander Veep for Scandal
purple heart for Medal of Honor (a brain fart on that one for me)
Picasso for Matisse
I ran out of time on graphics, and then said graphic. But even if it would be acceptable without the "s," I'm not counting it
Adele for Hozier
Guesses that panned out: Spoiler
Greece
X-Men
ISIS (changed from Al-Qaeda before time ran out on that clue)
In addition, I knew that Strayed's book title was some form of Wild but I wasn't sure if it was just Wild. I remembered correctly. And I just heard of that book for the first time when someone mentioned it to me last week.
And for clue # 30, Spoiler
Manassas is equally as acceptable as Bull Run.
For clue # 4, it helped that during my law school years when I lived in Washington, DC, my apartment building was next-door to the headquarters ofSpoiler
the Society of the Cincinnati.

I would agree, if it were a real-life clue on the game (as it once was). But it's entirely possible that on the test, they'll credit "graphic" or even "graphical" as "close enough". We'll probably never find out for sure.
Yeah, I'd hope they'd be more forgiving based on the format; I only commented because I remember the forum thinking I'd get dinged for "Revelations" two years ago, not that it would've mattered at the time.
Misses: Spoiler
1. Outlander
2. Scandal (House of Cards)
6. Forum
13. Buster Keaton (guessed Chaplin, which I knew was wrong)
14. The Glass Menagerie (guessed Streetcar Named Desire)
15. Douglas
17. Matisse
20. Wild (I guessed Alone on a whim)
23. As You Like It (Othello, which is not even a comedy; whoops)
26. Hozier
27. Howl
29. Cherries Jubilee (guessed Brulee)
30. Bull Run/Manassas (guessed Gettysburg; US history is not my strong suit)
33. Rosh Hashanah (I was slow)
37. You Oughta Know (my GF and I even talked about that song recently; wasn't it on the show like last month?)
40. Bach (was gonna guess him but went Beethoven)
43. Notre Dame
Lucky Super Smart Guesses: Spoiler
4. Cincinnati (baby, if you've ever wondered...)
7. Voltaire (almost put Rousseau)
38. Koch
Meh, 37/50. Just recently started getting serious about Jeopardy!. I missed most of the pop cultures Qs, wrote graphic instead of graphics for the .gif/.png Q, couldn't remember Rosh Hashanah, wrote ISIL instead of ISIS, entered Blu when I finally remembered Judy Blume, and I'm very sad that I missed As you like, Henri Matisse, and The Glass Menagerie. I hope the test went well for others.
Anyone know if it's permitted to take the test another night? I had some technical errors too. At question 20 it wouldn't move on to the next question and a negative timer started. I managed to reload and finished though.
