Not likely to make J!, but still an odd coincidence this week-

George S. Irving, who...people know as the voice of the Heat Miser in "The Year Without a Santa Claus" was...a very well known actor on the New York stage.
He won a Tony for his performance in the musical IRENE back in 1974. IRENE starred Debbie Reynolds in the title role. Debbie's daughter Carrie Fisher was in the chorus. All three passed away in the last three days; Irving on the 26th, Fisher on the 27th and Reynolds on the 28th.

William Christopher, who played Father Mulcahy on M*A*S*H, has died at 84.
