On Monday, I first wrote down "France" quickly, but then switched to the Netherlands.

I notice I'm not alone with my pattern of right and wrong FJs, and I notice I'm not alone with my response of "platinum" on Thursday. I was almost certain it wasn't correct, but it was the best I could come up with in 30 seconds.

The 'Log-cabin Republican' clue is oddball, but recurring now, so we better learn a new term for 'RINO.' S.E. ain't no Republican, she's a progressive liberal!

Log Cabin Republicans was founded in 1977 in California as a rallying point for Republicans opposed to the Briggs Initiative, which attempted to ban homosexuals from teaching in public schools. In addition to sanctioning the termination of openly gay and lesbian teachers, the proposed legislation authorized the firing of those teachers that supported homosexuality.[6]

My selections on the 1984 clue are going to be a bit weird because I EVENTUALLY got it off the 1949 part of the clue but it was a few seconds after the Think music ended. So I would have had Fahrenheit 451 written down.
