10: This funny three word phrase follows "Paddy Clarke" in the title of a Roddy Doyle novel.

3: This Germanic language spoken by Ashkenazi Jews is written using the Hebrew alphabet.
6: In Hebrew, these sounds are represented by niqqud, or diacritical dots or lines, that are often omitted in writing.
9: The Hebrew alphabet has this many letters, two fewer than the Greek alphabet.
