This one struck me as one in which everyone would know lots of answers and would therefore avoid the obvious answers. So prime number 2 was a singleton and Helium was a singleton. Then again, Spanish was a sheep, so it doesn't always work.blueoncemoon wrote: ↑Mon Feb 18, 2019 6:45 pm My abysmal performance suggests that those things I think "No one is going to say that" are exactly the things that (almost) everyone does remember...and submit as their answer.

I've seen it mentioned on the board a couple of times. The original came from Dwight Schrute in an episode of "The Office" titled "Murder." As quoted on IMDB:SenseiCAY wrote: ↑Tue Feb 19, 2019 7:59 amI don't remember who said this, but I was told to "take the answer you most medium suspect."blueoncemoon wrote: ↑Mon Feb 18, 2019 6:45 pm My abysmal performance suggests that those things I think "No one is going to say that" are exactly the things that (almost) everyone does remember...and submit as their answer.
"I know she didn't do it. It's never the person you most suspect. It's also never the person you least suspect, since anyone with half a brain would suspect them the most. Therefore, I know the killer to be Phyllis, a.k.a. Beatrix Bourbon, the person I most medium suspect."
I'm not the defending Jeopardy! champion. But I have played one on TV.
