Not many people can say they've lost four times on Jeopardy!.

Could be more of us on Millionaire this season than Jeopardy.

Funny considering how millionaire only has about half the total contestants.

I saw on FB that a College Champion will be taping an appearance. She "only" won $110K (not counting alternate money), so Rex's $125K on both shows can't be matched in this case.

Not pleased at ALL that Millionaire completely skipped Chicago this time around for the road auditions. In looking at the seven cities they did go to (Louisville, DC, Baltimore, Boston, Salt Lake City, Phoenix and Vegas), did these guys have something against flyover country this time around?

If you were from Minneapolis, Chicago, Omaha, Dallas, Kansas City, Houston, Milwaukee, New Orleans, Miami, Atlanta, Charlotte... it's "sorry, but we ain't comin'." Unless they figure Louisville's in the middle of the country, no explaining why they picked these seven places.

Also perplexed why they went to BOTH DC and Baltimore, when one trip to that area's all that's needed. And if you live in the Boston area and can't even drive to their regular auditions that take place all year, you're not even trying.

They have online auditions if you want to join those that are trying.

For all the above reasons, I repeat my question from another thread ... Has anyone had experience with the video audition? Any thoughts about how to approach it?
Poo-tee-weet? So it goes.

Well, don't bother now, because the final tape date for the coming season is Friday, apparently.

Which is weird, because their Twitter account was promoting the video audition as late as Monday.

I submitted one and heard nothing back.

However Leszek Pawlowicz will be playing, and he's won over $200,000 on Jeopardy. He'll be the one for Rex to watch.

I wouldn't worry too much. From what I can tell, we will see one $500k question this year, but no million dollar question. I don't know if the person walked with $250k or dropped to $50,000.

With the new format, I expect to see about fifteen $250k questions.

Speculation based on what I have heard rumors of and what I haven't heard from places I normally hear from.

I appreciate the thought, but this is the opposite of comforting -- all I can think now is "Great, Leszek walked away with $250,000!" :)

So sounds like we have two people who have a chance to join the Dual-Six-Figure club along with Rex and Ken, them being Leszek and the aforementioned College champion (I'm assuming Terry O'Shea going just off the $110,000 total mentioned?)

Glad to see the return of 50/50 and the end of the "Deal or No Deal"-type format. Not so thrilled with the "Bachelor" weeks, but you can't have it all. :P
