I'm in C Meridian Div 2. This is only the second time that I've been promoted to C, and the first time was not pretty. The questions in LL81 and the back half of LL80 were favorable for me, so I am probably due for a not so great season. But I'm glad that we're almost back!

I thought I would stay in D Olympic, just missing the promotion zone last season, but Commissioner Integrity decided to move me up anyway, so here's to my first taste of C in my 15th season. I expect it to be a quick cup of coffee before I get relegated, but hey...weirder things have happened. My last name puts me squarely in relegation zone to start the season, so there's nowhere to go but up.

I'm currently enjoying how far away from relegation I am in my A rundle. I expect it to only be downhill from there...

I'm in B Taiga. Excited to have made it up to B, dreading my inevitable downfall.

There are three players with the same surname in my Rundle. That's got to be unusual.

Board newbie (but not LL newbie) here! In Summit A once more.

B Outback again for me.

Starting my first season in an A rundle (Laurel). Pretty sure my career average of ~93 TCA isn't going to cut it in A, but we'll find out. (And if I go back to B, meh. If I'm never making the championship, I'd rather be a B champion than an A loser. Although I've never won a B rundle... I did win C once.)

After finishing dead last in Horizon A I was looking forward to (hopefully) redeeming myself in LL82, albeit in B. But redemption will have to wait until 83. For most of 82 Mrs Paradise and I will be cruising the Baltic/Scandinavia. I'm sure it would be possible to participate from the ship but I don't want to risk forfeits and I can do without the stress of worrying about it. So after 11 straight seasons I'll be sitting this one out. But I'll be kibbitzing. Best of luck to all and see you for LL83.

Cyndi you do an amazing job of maintaining the list of Boardies every season. Thank you for all of that effort. I appreciate it.

I have received a surprise promotion to Horizon A this season. I had every expectation of finishing 7th in Horizon B for the fourth straight season. I am a bit optimistic about my chances to remain in 'A' for more than one season; it is going to be tough for me but, upon looking at the stats for all of my fellow competitors, it seems to be less of a murderer's row than it was during my last brief visit.

I've had a shot to win A Fjord in each of the last 3 seasons, missing by narrow margins in the final week. Now that I only have to finish top 3, I'm expecting to have one of those "highest CAA" type seasons and finish 15th or so, but we'll see!

I'd have no expectations of winning the championship or even coming particularly close, but if I can get in, top 1/3rd or so is probably a reasonable goal. Would be fun to compete for it at least once.

A Horizon had the second-lowest QPct of any A rundle last season. We used to have one of the highest, but after so many heavy hitters moved to Olympic for LL74, I got a surprise promotion to B, and then finally made A in LL79.

Like Jeff, I'm hoping the change to 'top 3 in A' go to the championship helps me get there... but looking back on my history, I've come 4th 4 times and 5th twice. Top 3 was selected just so it still will exclude me.

I will be very interested to see how this change plays out. I suspect that it will make the lives of the "always a bridesmaid" cheaters a bit harder. Since I've been all over the map (22nd one season, 1st the next) I doubt that it will change my own experience much. Good luck to all! Hope to see a lot of boardies in the next LLRC.

Agreed. I'm definitely a fan of the "top three" rule change!

As someone who spent the last year parked behind the highest-scoring player in all of LL (who had a QPCT hovering around .950), I am very happy about the change.

I'm amazed that eight of the 25 players in A Horizon post on this board.
