Whatever Ed ate for lunch was not a good choice. Oh, those Thursday title defenses.

Lots of places to revisit for Ed's playing while the FJ! clue going 3/3 makes it all not matter as much.

The players finally had a 3/3 sweep for the FJ! clue for the first time sine S35. I joined them for knowing the title while sympathizing with the follow-up posters here who knew the movie but not the title. They will probably have company as the day goes along.

What kind of poker player is Daryn? He did not try to stall out the clock with only top box picks at the end, he gave a correct response for the FJ! clue and he bet something.

Poor jeopardy-dot-com is the third place I think to look.

I noticed that unlike most Thursday-Friday shows they didn't show Johnny on camera today during the intro. Was he absent?

Couldn't pull Edmund Hillary since the "partner" was throwing me off.

Blanked on Basque and British Columbia to end up 0/5 in Isolates.

NHO "Daredevil" or "Adam Ruins Everything".

Bad performance in Magic & Illusion. Blanked on Houdini, Blaine, AND Copperfield somehow. Jay was the only NHOI there.

"Obsequious" was my only miss in "Ob".

Absolutely no guess on FJ! Couldn't think of any films from last year that had anything to do with materialism and China. Absolute NHOI on the final response. How was this a triple get? No big names were attached to the film and it didn't seem to leave much of an impact.

Oddly enough, all three lost in their third game! There are only five players in the Archive who finished 2-1 and won more money than that, including Garrett Simpson ($43,800) and the familiarly named Karl Coryat ($42,400).

i saw older songs and was thinking ready player one...then at the end of the clue i saw chinese, so it wasn't going to be that...was able to come up with crazy rich asians

Canadian geography is a major source of triple stumpers. They might as well ask about the names of public parks in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

There are only 10 provinces, and J! asks about them all the time. I cannot for the life of me figure out how so many otherwise knowledgeable people have that same gap.
