Fun fact: That's not how you spell American Pharoah, notwithstanding the correct spelling of pharaoh.

Fixed. I remember hearing that the owners misspelled the name when registering the horse, and couldn't change it, is that right?
So American Pharoah it was.

Yup. Wrong person on the TD, tied for last place, wrong spelling in the attempt to be cute. Not my day -- and no offense taken.floridagator wrote: ↑Thu Nov 14, 2019 11:49 pmJeno's
And no offense intended about getting your title wrong
But it was as much fun as ever -- thanks for hosting.
I'm not the defending Jeopardy! champion. But I have played one on TV.

Thanks for the game and happy to see more than three at the trophy level. I've seen all the Toy Story movies at the same theater and sat in the exact same seat for 3 & 4, so had to go for Bullseye. It's easy in my head to hear Melinda Dillon saying, "Victor!" for the horse name mentioned in A Christmas Story.
Good game with lots of fun questions and answers.

Something like that. In reviewing Wikipedia, it looks like the story has changed in the telling, so we may never know for certain exactly what happened. The registering body insists they registered the name as requested.
