I would need multiple choice from Kimmel to get Maren Morris
New Jersey
Alberta & Saskatchewan
No guess on silver dollars as generic category with packed clue was not enough to help even though I've heard of Morgan silver dollars.
Quant was a Pavlov - never knew of the car connection

Alberta/Saskatchewan (and just glad I didn't say Alberta/Manitoba), Hearst
I checked neither box, but still managed to come up with miniskirt.
Oh, what has science wrought? I sought only to turn a man into a metal-encased juggernaut of destruction powered by the unknown properties of a mysterious living crystal. How could this have all gone wrong?

I think this is either the third or fourth time this season I've had a perfect week spoiled on Friday.

All three extras were requested and two by Hammer will often cause frownies. Apologies to you and all the others who will have a tough week with those three options.

Silver dollar would've been a DD get but any pre-Anthony are before my time.
(Though I do keep an Eisenhower '76 with my dice to act as a d2)

DId not know Quant or the connection to the Mini prior to the clue, but all combined made it easy to deduce the car/skirt

Alberta and Sask.
Been to the top of the Coit, so that was easy.
Like Volante, I knew of neither connection, but "British car that shares the name of a skirt" is pretty easy to solve for me.

FWtBT on Thursday
Didn't think it was Hearst, so just said Greeley to have something on Friday

3 clams on those 3 clues for me.

If I hit a DD in a fashion category, it's almost always going to be $5 bet.

Alb and Sask, and I just drew a blank on the identifiable Hemingway title...Almost blanked on Pulitzer, but it clicked with just enough time to scrawl...
NHO Maren Morris, that I recall...(But uh-oh, she was in another clue in 2019... )

Went with AB and SK Wednesday.
Knew the skirt was named after the car.

Maren Morris is a member of the superlative country music supergroup, the Highwomen: https://youtu.be/7D-6nklMMbM
I would prefer not to.

I matched MB's gets and misses in FJ with New Jersey, AB/SK, but a different Hemingway fail with FWtBT.

The coin clue was indeed cluttered, but I remembered there is a Peace Dollar to confirm the Morgan portion. I would have been reluctant to say "Silver" Dollar and I now wonder if the adjective was in common use at the time. I remember childhood use of the term (pre-1964, when coins stopped being pure silver), so I suppose it was to distinguish from "paper dollar". This is polling lower than I expected, but it is worthy as a bottom box clue.

I NHO Mary Quant and the car TOM just made it more opaque. Follow-on posters please offer if you got it only from the car angle? Once twelvefootgirl said it I knew the car TOM confirmed the guess.

Hearst for Friday. Had to think a minute for Wednesday, but realized AB was too far west to border Nunavut.

Didn’t know the miniskirt-Mini Cooper connection previously, but seemed like a reasonable guess.

Never heard of the country singer, and me thoughtum only of peace pipes. Morgan dollar also rang no bells, but it's nice to read they were named for their designer and not, for instance, JP. I only remember the Eisenhower dollars of those that didn't look like quarters. I had also heard of the "Coolidge dollar", thanks to Cole Porter, but it seems that was strictly abstract.

I knew Mary Quant=miniskirt, the rest was simply confusing.
I'm smart and I want respect.
