At the 47th Daytime Emmy Awards, Jeopardy! won Outstanding Game Show (its 17th win in this category), and Alex won Outstanding Game Show Host (his 7th win and second win in a row, the first time he managed that feat since '89-'90).
The show holds the number-of-wins record for the Outstanding Game Show category, but Alex has a ways to go to catch up to Bob Barker's 14 wins. (The two tied in 1990.)
