TD 457 [Final results]

Post by clt013 »

For the fifth straight year, I am posting a March quiz where at least some of the questions are related to the month's "traditional" big sporting event - college basketball. Some questions are also related to the number 50 as that marks the number of TDs I have now hosted (as well as a milestone for another member of my household on the day this is posted).

Rules/Notes
1) Lowest point total wins; your score for each question is equal to the total number of players submitting that same answer
2) You may use one drop and take zero points for one question
3) You may elect to take the "sheep" (most popular) answer for one question
4) Wrong responses are the "sheep" answer +4
5) All answers are due by 1 PM Central time on Sunday, March 21, 2021
6) If you need clarification on a clue, want to verify your responses or have other questions please PM me. If you're not sure something is a correct answer, don't use it.
7) No cheating (Google key, etc.)
8) Submit answers via this Google form or PM

A few weeks back, the VJ Big 40 countdown on Sirius/XM 80s on 8 featured a second hit from Martika that I barely remembered. I had forgotten she had a second hit, after making such a big splash with "Toy Soldiers".

Thanks for the TD.

Wah! I had a perfect game going into today. I think I forgot to use my drop. I obviously would have used it on Iowa. That's minus 6. Then rackme32 and I messed up each other's bonuses.

Since I'm now at 50 TDs hosted, I thought I would share some stats.

Lists include:

Everyone with at least 17 entries and their 1) % of Top 3 finishes, 2) % of Top 10 finishes and 3) % of SHEEP responses
All entrants by number of 1) Wins, 2) Top 3 finishes, 3) Top 10 finishes and 4) % of SHEEP responses

Then there is a list with those statistics for all entrants.

Thanks to everyone who has played as well as for all of the advice, (numerous) error corrections and (especially) the compliments. :)

I have not tried to post a link to a file before, so hopefully this works...

The link said "Access Denied" but had a button to request access. You might have to approve everybody to view it.

I'm guessing I'm in the bottom half but maybe I'm in the top half. Really no idea.
I had a dream that I was asleep and then I woke up and Jeopardy! was on.
