Watership Down

Buenos Aires and Lima Thursday.

Correct with John Carter.
I don't remember if I had a guess for the Happy Trails clue, but if I did it was neither Boone nor Washington.
Oh, what has science wrought? I sought only to turn a man into a metal-encased juggernaut of destruction powered by the unknown properties of a mysterious living crystal. How could this have all gone wrong?

Had the popular distractions Regis, Teddy, & Watership Down as the wrong answers :|

Had Buenos Aires & Bogota for South America. 8-)
Knew John Carter. Remembered there was a movie a few years back that bombed. :geek:
Fell for the Daniel Boone distractor.

Tue - T. Roosevelt
Thu - Buenos Aires and Bogota

John Carter (even saw the most recent movie attempt) over Tarzan
George Washington over Boone
The best thing that Neil Armstrong ever did, was to let us all imagine we were him.
Latest movies (1-10): Everything Everywhere All at Once (10), Ruby Gillman: Teenage Kraken (6), Black Sunday /1960/ (6), Marcel the Shell with Shoes On (7)

Perfect last week, struggles all this week, so it must be Aaron Rogers' fault, right?... ;) Thank goodness for Lizzie...
My struggles included remembering capitals...should have had all of them in this set, but I blanked on Bogota and Kabul...
i did get John Carter and GW, though ...

Don't know if he ever won an Emmy, but settled on Merv Griffin for Monday. Roosevelt on Tuesday. Buenos Aires and Santiago on Thursday.

Was fairly comfortable with GW as the surveyor, since he was a Virginian and surveyed much of the state before WV came into existence. Kung fu and hip-hop? No chance.

Never got into Tarzan, but read almost all of the Barsoom (and Pellucidar) books as a tween. As a twelve-year-old, I REALLY wanted to meet Dejah Thoris.
I'm not the defending Jeopardy! champion. But I have played one on TV.

Trebek on Monday.

Buenos Aires and Lima (would've put down Bogota too if required).

Got Carter and Washington.
I would prefer not to.

Rung in thinking something along the lines of Guatemala bay, then realized that 1. the math was off and 2. it's still going and drew a blank

Was confident about Buenos Aires, but Lima was more of a WAG than anything (knew it wasn't Brasilia)

Knew it wasn't Teddy because I knew he was doing some outdoors excursion when he got the news of McKinley's condition.
