This was likely the best set of boards for me in a long time. Part of that is due to categories like The Trojan War, Science and Museums for Foodies that are firmly in my wheelhouse. FJ was also an Instaget as Johnny Mercer is Pavlovian for Moon River. The TOM of Holly Golightly just cemented it.
Where did the writers come with DJ!0? Curious if LSV knows what seems to me a $4000 clue.
Instaget for me. Both Steller’s Jays and Sea Cows are known to me.
I have no idea what the notation "DJ!0?" means, but if it's that clue it was an instant for me, too, Would have gotten it if either just the jay or just the sea cow were referenced.
Nice of the show to throw a bone to the octogenarians with that FJ clue.

(Typo: DJ10 ... MarkB just held shift down one extra key on accident)
OK, I've never even seen that notation used here before, but at least that makes sense. Thanks.
You don't vote in the Fourth Podium polls?
Today was PB&J on Wonder Bread for lunch as soon as I completed the post with the game link indicating the ep. was archived. No surprise I did DJ!0 instead of DJ10. I'm glad many of you knew what I meant.

I have fact checked this the best I can, and my replay shows our Neuroscientist host pronouncing philanges as "philanjiz".
I had no path to the FJ. I transposed Johnny Mercer with Johnny Mathis and guessed "Chances are".
Mayim others herself with her pronunciations, e.g. singer.
Here is a handy tip sheet for distinguishing the two Johnnys:
Mercer - singer-songwriter
Mathis - singer
Mercer - southerner
Marhis - westerner
Mercer - dead
Mathis - living
Mercer - white
Mathis - black
Mercer - straight
Mathis - gay
Mercer - alcoholic
Mathis - temperate
Mathis - sang "The Shadow of Your Smile"
Mercer - thought it was about a lady with a mustache

Hmm, never knew Johnny Mathis is gay. But I guess since he’s probably over 80 he must’ve had to hide it most of his life.
Far more interesting facts about Mathis: he was a near Olympic level high jumper and has scored nine holes in one. Also he is a songwriter in addition to being a singer. He’s even in the songwriter HOF.
I thought it was interesting that the TV COMEDIES BY SIBLINGS clue about Malcolm in the Middle used the last name Wilkerson; the family's last name was never mentioned in the show's dialogue. Linwood Boomer created them with the last name Wilkerson (the original pilot script had a scene where a kid asks Malcolm his last name, and is confused when Malcolm replies "Wilkerson," because from hearing his parents talk about Malcolm's family, he understood them to be the "Pariahs"), but decided not to use it on the show (although it does appear on oldest brother Francis's military school ID badge in the pilot). Some promos and DVD material used Wilkerson anyway.

Mathis is not a songwriter. He was recognized by the Songwriters' Hall of Fame as a hit making recording artist.
