Name The Ten Trivia Contest: Round 9

Post by harrumph »

There will be a potpourri Rounds 11 and 12 that will diverge somewhat from the name ten format. Plenty of bonus points will be available for a potential comeback win for those trailing.

One point for each correct answer. You are limited to ten responses per question, unless the question stipulates a different number. For questions with bonus points, you will receive ten points for your first ten correct responses but no bonus points if any of your subsequent responses is incorrect.

This round contains six questions.

Round 9

Name the ten deadliest battles in world history in terms of casualties.

Name ten people who have won the Nobel prize for physics (one bonus point for each additional five named; 15 = 11 points, 20 = 12 points, etc).

Name ten films that Humphrey Bogart appeared in (one bonus point for each additional five films named; 15 films = 11 points, 20 films = 12 points, etc).

Name ten offspring of the Greek mythological figure Zeus.

Name ten parts of the human brain.

Name ten US Secretaries Of War.
