Plus, I didn't realize that you had to click in the answer box on the first question. I might have gotten that one, but I was too late.
I am Stupid, stupid, STUPID!
1984, not Brave New World.
Yes, of course. I always get them confused, but tonight I couldn't think of either of them.
Don't sweat it. I blew the John Tyler question and realized it as the question was disappearing.

I didn't get a single question wrong. I didn't get any right either. The countdown clock went down to 0:00. Nothing came after that. I have never had any problems before.

If you tanked it, you get a high draft choice. On, wait a minute...that's the NBA.

I thought this test was the most difficult since I first took it in January 2014.

By the way, Zelda was on my Pop Culture/Current Events practice test. Had I not created that test, I would have derped the question--and I think I'm on the bubble.

Well, that sucked. I do believe that's the worst I've ever done. A LOT of blank stares of 15 second duration...

There's always next year, I suppose.

I put neuron, but it was phrased as though it was looking for something less... generic.

Here's my video, I think I got 39/50, and I've posted in the description what I think are the correct answers to the ones I've missed.

I know I got the first one: Toni Morrison. The second one stalled me. #TreasonReason came to me when time was just up. Guessed Polk, when it was Tyler. Guessed on Pieta and c squared. Got both wrong. Thought Coelho wrote War Horse. It's such a blur that I wonder how long it would take for me to write the ones I got right. Well. good things come to those that wait. ;)

I don't remember the exact wording so I'm not sure what the right answer is. I was going for "afferent neuron" but ran out of time and only got "afferent n".

I think I got 43, which is the exact same score I usually get. I think I might have misspelled "The Alchemist" as "The Achemist" (my keyboard's L key sticks). I noticed that it didn't look quite right a fraction of a second before the screen switched to the next clue.

Neuron should suffice, I would imagine....they tend to not be looking for THAT specific a response based on the question.

Other than The Alchemist & Rhea (Put emu due to a brain poot) I pretty much nailed it....even the categories I am weaker in had questions I knew. :)

My impression of the test was that it was objectively harder than normal, but at the same time I felt like it played to my strengths since there seemed to be little pop culture.

But then again maybe not, because I think I got a 34 for like the third time in this decade of taking the test

I also talked myself out of Dunkirk and Hallmark. So yeah, a normal year.

Is it distillation or fermentation? I think I might have gotten exactly 35 with not getting distillation, I had a brain fart with Kelly Ann Conway. She was in the news today too...Also missed easy neuron and Arno (I have been there too...) I hope they accept Browning only.

"Madonna & Jesus" acceptable for the Pieta question? If so, I got 39. First time (in 7 tests) I've been under 40, so I'd agree that it was tougher than average.
