If you like sexy time, run, don't walk! over to the Alpaca Farm
another morbeedo alpaca quiz in which i did horribly...one of these days i am going to write a quiz just for you so you can get 0 correct
Do one for my birthday- April 4th!

This quiz is for people who are decent at art history. It’s for experts- not like my “general knowledge” quizzes, which are for semi-experts :)

I’m working on a stupid answers quiz right now which could be good for you

xoxo

i think i will...15 "general knowledge" questions just for you

I haven't seen a lot of these, and I know there's lots of smart people and trivia specialists, but I'll take the under at 5.5 on morbeedo's and CR's quizzes. I'm not likely to learn from either one of them. Maybe a Riemann Hypothesis quiz will pop up?

Thanks to everyone who played morbeedo's hot and bothered art challenge!

Results are up. These questions played somewhat hard, with an overall get rate of just 46%

Q8 was a dud - 100% incorrect

What two-word Latin term describes a classic figural pose in Western art in which a nude female (not necessarily at the moment of birth) covers her lower anatomy with one hand, paradoxically drawing the viewer’s gaze to the hidden spot. The second part of the term comes from a Latin word meaning external genitals, or thing to be ashamed of (same thing, right?).
Spoiler
Venus pudica
In retrospect, I should've tossed this question, because even I didn't know the answer

Gotta get cracking on authoring more quizzes!

Sort of. It's gambling-speak for proposition bets about anything - total score, number of times the 3rd baseman scratches his balls, length of the national anthem, etc.. I offer the supposition that the average get rate on both your quizzes is below 5.5 correct answers. Yours has 12 questions, and CR's has 15, so I judge his to be harder and more arcane. I cannot judge the art history field but your trivia details were more knowledge based about the works. CR's are just weird.

I tied with econgator, but he wins by virtue of my forfeit  . Upon reading the answers, I never heard of a single word or person. My hats off to the top 13 players representing the over.

eta - btw, when are you going to badger CR for the reveal schedule on his quiz?

What possesses a person to create an intentionally shitty quiz and publish it in a place where people might go looking for legitimate trivia?

THe only one I had a chance on was the wheel chair tennis. I knew it was ver_eer...I think I went with verneer. If you had asked what sport and given her name I would've had it. All the others were just guesses although I had at least heard of the Kallang River and Ganja but couldn't remember. Went with Fordham for Ali, but that was only since thats where Denzel went.
