This strikes me as an FJ where the text of the clue demands a response with a specific spelling.

Here is one I made up inspired by Monday’s FJ.
THE BIBLE

Fittingly, it is the last word in the KJV Bible.

I just revisited this game's FJ because Glenn Fleishman has an article out that examines why the GOAT games are going the way they are. (He gave away the correct response to his first game's FJ in the article, but not his second one's.) (Speaking of giving things away, I'm not linking the article here because a relatively spoilery headline is contained in the URL.)

CABLE TV FIRSTS
When Turner Classic Movies began broadcasting on April 14, 1994, the first movie shown was this one

Not remembering my first viewing of this FJ, I had this thought process:
Spoiler
"Could it be as simple as Casablanca, just because it's the go-to, archetypal 'classic' movie? But they specifically mentioned the date. April 14 is when the Titanic hit the iceberg, but 1994 is too early for the movie. It's also when Lincoln was shot; is it a Civil War movie? Fine, Gone with the Wind."
I was right, but not for my line of thinking.
Spoiler
Ted Turner has his headquarters in Atlanta, GWTW is set in Atlanta, simple as that.
I couldn't remember if I had gotten it right the first time around so first I checked that week's FJ thread and found it was not among my votes. I didn't comment in that thread, so I found the game thread, where I posted this:
Spoiler
seaborgium wrote: Fri Oct 19, 2012 11:14 pm My first thought was Casablanca, and I was trying to think of Turner properties. Then I zeroed in on the date and was trying to think of classic movies about Abraham Lincoln (he was shot on 4/14/1865) when my dad said, "Turner, Atlanta, Gone with the Wind." My thinking wasn't close, but afterward I could imagine my wrong thinking getting me to the Civil War and thence to GWTW. But I'm not bothered about writing that off as a wrong FJ for me.
 Maybe I should have counted it as a get after all!

I usually don't post the answers when I post my own clues here, so as to let others guess it. :D

Here are two:
FAMOUS TRIOS
This trio first began performing in the mid-1920s under the name "Ted Healy and his Southern Gentlemen"

-and-

COMPANIES
These two German athletic brands were formed as a result of dispute between the two brothers that formed them

That one is almost a chestnut, but it's definitely a Thing Worth Knowing.

Try this followup, an actual clue from the show from April. It's top box DJ!, and James got it right, but I-who-do-not-know-geography didn't:

This was a LL question back in LL75. Not that it makes the FJ! any less quality, just making note of it.

ETA: Only 20% of LLamas got that question right.

MOVIES

In "Empire of the Sun", Christian Bale's character refers to an event that takes place in this eight letter city when he says, "I thought it was Mrs. Victor's soul going up to heaven."
Spoiler
What is Nagasaki?

Wanted to get Nagasaki without really having to differentiate between that and Hiroshima, since that's a little bit inside baseball, hence the "eight letter city" part.

The grammar seems incorrect here - it wasn't a single song by two bands, but two different songs. How about

"Johnny Cash covered songs by these two bands who were inducted into the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame in 2020."
