No guess on the bird book

J! aired normally this week though I did not get yesterday’s episode of Ellen.

My dad and I discussed Friday's aloud as it was playing; I couldn't think of another library in California besides Reagan's and Nixon's, and I didn't think GHW Bush's library would be in Texas. Ultimately he went CA and I went VA; he said he never thought of LBJ, or else he would have said TX.

I considered California with Nixon and Reagan, but since I knew two were in Texas (Johnson, Bush-43) and had a plausible third name, went with it.
No preemptions.
Oh, what has science wrought? I sought only to turn a man into a metal-encased juggernaut of destruction powered by the unknown properties of a mysterious living crystal. How could this have all gone wrong?

Possibly my worst week ever in this poll. Luckily, it's Teachers Tournament so it doesn't count....

Never came close on Thursday. I was unsure if they wanted a particular thing now gaining in popularity (podcast?) or a general term. "Lollapalooza" sounded at least like it could be a Barnum coinage.

No idea about the bird book, and I got "heel" only because they'd pointed my feet in the right direction. Don't know about preemptions.
I'm smart and I want respect.

Maybe the second time I've had two consecutive 100% weeks. Means next week I'll probably go one-for-five. If that.

Familiar with The Dakota but I don't know why; I'm sure I've seen in news reports or articles about some of the famous people who live or have lived there. No clue on the bird book. "Heel" never crossed my mind; went down the path of something done with feet like kicking or stomping.

I get Jeopardy on the Denver Fox affiliate. The Jeopardy round was preempted and the show was joined in progress at the second commercial and therefore didn't miss Double Jeopardy.
I'm not the defending Jeopardy! champion. But I have played one on TV.

Relieved to see that not many people came up with "The Nightingale." Not sure I've even heard of it.
