When checking on Jesse's response I found a video clip of part of the FJ! round.

I can imagine people would have had Jesse as a lock for the finals, if not winning the whole thing, after this game. Golf will like the double fins on the DDs.

Pic of Tim Lakin was posted last year.

Ha, another Noriega clue as I am very familiar with that street here in S.F.

Apologies to Bamaman as Maureen was 5400-0=5400 and not 5400-5400=0 as I posted previously. Either was well off a WC spot.

Did you find who that was? All I got was an IT guy in Boston.

No harm, no foul on Maureen as I don’t track alternates.

Whether Granucci or Grannucci as Jesse had I have no idea about the Carmine guy. Jesse was hard to get a read on for whether he was serious about it being an Italian leader or if it was some inside joke/shout out type thing.

According to his online profile, the IT guy named Carmine Grannuci graduated from a private high school in New Haven, Connecticut in 1994. Jesse was from Orange, Connecticut, which seems to be part of New Haven and was a senior in 1994.

The player pics for Billy Baxter, Stephanie Leveene and Nick Jungman are in the archive.

Ridiculous for finalists to go 12W.

Two corrections: you've got the wrong letter doubled in "opposum" in J! clue 16, and there aren't any results under the final scores (where "3rd place: $5,000", "2nd place: $5,000", and "Finalist" go).

This.game is listed as a semifinal but doesn't indicate who became a finalist or prizes for 2nd and 3rd, tho those are easy to figure out.

Opossum & money for semis fixed. Thanks guys. Now onto looking at the 10 or so varied suggestions that came in for some other games. IP...153 must get paid by the suggestion.

I knew about the battle but didn’t know it was a cape.

The play on words in the FJ answer was cute but that isn’t something we normally see in FJ.

I assume you will get to all the games eventually so I don’t have any requests. Is your plan to forge through your tournament collection until it is exhausted before you return to regular games?

Bottom of the post from August 2018: viewtopic.php?p=288778#p288778

With more than 1,000 regular play games not in the archive I can add them if they turn up, but I don't believe I have any more left in my collection to do.

Wow, two years ago. I remember that but I guess it slipped my mind. It would be nice if Sony made all the games available on some streaming platform. But even then they’d probably still hold back Barbara Lowe and the Seniors game where a wild card got DQd.

Oh yeah, it would be nice if every single J! episode would be on a streaming platform. We would all turn back the clock every day.

Even if all the non-J! IP could be licensed for free, the cost of the legal work that would be needed to re-clear all the audio and video Daily Doubles (etc.) for streaming makes it unlikely that we'll ever see old Jeopardy! again in this fashion. It's a real shame.

Am I the only one who tried mugbook.com just to see if there was an alternate reality where someone from Northern Kentucky instead of Harvard had created The Social Network?

Players pics of Deborah Sager, Sujit Raman and Mathew Sandler have all been posted not too long ago.

Cool to see the 12th category.

No mercy from Alex on IN SEARCH OF ... $400 not giving a BMS. A quote's a quote I guess?

I have seen enough J! to know I could have gone with the shortcut for the FJ! clue.

Tomorrow morning I will add 1995 TT QF3, leaving only the missing QF1 I don't have for that tourney.
