This article is from a year ago but I just stumbled upon it. Apologies if it has been posted before.

Now Erick Dye-Cain and Trevor(animfan), and Daniel(kingskip) if you go to www.facebook.com/TvGameShowVault, you see 3 Jeopardy! episodes uploaded there, I do know the most recent upload is from October 2, 1992 that still needs to be recapped at the J-Archive as well as the one going from right-to-left, Barbara/Les/Chris from October 1985, which aired after Chuck Forrest retired undefeated and before Mark Leinwand's run began, that one should also be added to the J-Archive.

^Michael Backus was also on Win Ben Stein's Money on July 6, 1999 and won $1,300 despite losing to Ben in the bonus round.

Line given to Michael Backus from a different game for his appearance on WBS$.

Not sure when I'll work on those 1985 games recently shared to get them in the archive. Even with the uncertain dates of the episodes they can still go in.

How long will it be before Sony’s people contact Facebook’s people? I assume you got a copy of them.

Yes. Entering the game may come later this afternoon depending on how the football games are going.

First I will do the S2 game.

Any objections to:
Barbara Dubb - teacher - Detroit
Les Preston - attorney - Los Angeles
Chris Golden - policy service representative - Orig. Winston-Salem - 1x 6900

It's in. Toby turned on the juice in Double Jeopardy! to come away with his second win.

One of the (non-winning) challengers talked about her three Fleming victories on the original daytime show with Art Fleming as well one on his 1974-75 weekly nighttime syndicated version. Here is her interview with Alex:

Alex: Uh, Mary Ellen LaRubbio, originally from Brooklyn, New York, and a contestant on the original Jeopardy! program?

Mary Ellen: Yes, sir. With Art Fleming.

Alex: How'd you do?

Mary Ellen: I won... I was on a total of four shows.

Alex: Whoa, so you one three shows, at least.

Mary Ellen: Yes, and then, um, for about a season, Jeopardy! had a nighttime show. It was on only one night a week. And I was asked to come back on, and compete in that, and I won!

Alex: You won that also?

Mary Ellen: Yes, sir.

Alex: How much money did you make in those days?

Mary Ellen: [Laughs at being put on the spot]

Alex: Do you remember?

Mary Ellen: Well, from the daytime show, it was, about--I think it was about $3,000.

Alex: For three victories.

Mary Ellen: Yeah, and--

Alex: And the nighttime?

Mary Ellen: --the nighttime show, it was about $1,000, but I won a trip to Paris!

Alex: Whoa, not--that's not too bad.

Mary Ellen: Not bad.

Alex: And you're leading right now with $1,600, so who knows what's going to happen on this current edition of Jeopardy!?

My scoresheet and the resource both have that 6/12/92 game as 6/19/92. Great to see that game already in. I'm going to start on the what I have as 10/8/85 game.

Thanks, good call, I've made the change, fortunately there are no media clues to change the URLs for, but let me know if you see anything else that is spotty about the game.

There’s a Y in front of the word fictional in fictional characters and the first set of quotation marks in front of lesser in lesser-known names.

In the chat session of the 6/4/85 video, Alex mentions Mike being in a game “last week”. So that is a good sign the archived game on 6/3 was indeed on a Monday.

The contestant referred to the group in J13 as if they were mid level minor league baseball? Never heard it that way before.

I'm beginning to look into the Season 1 game.

With the mention of Catalina H.S. in Tucson I found a Michael Backes class of 1973 and Don(ald) Branten class of 1974.

For Cathy's last name I found a Cathy Pennicott McCourt, but don't know if that is her.

For dating the game there is a pop-up at Michael's introduction that says, "aired June 85". Is that by GSN so very likely correct? Or from the uploader so less reliable?

I'm not calling dibs on entering the game, but just wanted to make sure that 6/4/85 seems like a good bet.

I heard Cathy Pentecost. The FJ category was the Bible and Alex made a joke how she might have an advantage so that might be her name.
