TD 458 - 51 [Final results]

Post by clt013 »

I am back with another TD. My plan is to post/host a new quiz every few weeks, but like almost everything else these days that is definitely subject to change. Thanks for checking out this one and I hope many of you will take the time to enter.

Rules/Notes
1) Lowest point total wins; your score for each question is equal to the total number of players submitting that same answer
2) You may use one drop and take zero points for one question
3) You may elect to take the "sheep" (most popular) answer for one question
4) Wrong responses are the "sheep" answer +4
5) All answers are due by 8 AM Central time on Monday, May 3, 2021
6) If you need clarification on a clue, want to verify your responses or have other questions please PM me. If you're not sure something is a correct answer, don't use it.
7) No cheating (Google key, etc.)
8) Submit answers via this Google form or PM

I thought Grisham was from New Mexico, but I couldn't get out of my head the idea that I might have been conflating her with Yvette Herrell (who is a US Rep from the state). Fortunately my backup choice worked just fine.

Congrats to the victors and many thanks to our host. I spent the early part of this week with Pat Benatar and The Motels running through my head, but the din seems to have subsided now. Uh oh. No, here comes "Only the Lonely."

Rerun! I could not think of that little so-and-sos name for the bonus, not that it ended up making a difference. The rocks and tenors were the three I crossed off my bonus list as most likely to sheep.

Cyber elbow bump with Peachbox.

Thanks for the game.
