Haven't watched the game yet, but if I may be permitted a prediction based on the quarterfinal performance stats, Brendan in a runaway.

Celeb J! has 6 DDs and they can make a difference in funny ways.

The guys split them 2 apiece with no misses. If Michael blows either all-in then Brendan wins. Instead, Brendan was forced to bet and his 25900 to 10800 to 9100 Coryat edge was not enough. Well done by Brendan to run two categories.

When Brendan could not solve last week's easier FJ! clue then I knew it was possible he was going to miss tonight's more difficult one. I matched Patton as everything fit in the clue to go there even though I'm still at read none of it and seen less than 10 minutes of the series.

Of course, Lisa Marie was going to come up in a clue.

Amy was the guest reader and that was cool to get Warriors clues. No sympathy for anyone
Spoiler
spoiled when Amy introduced herself as the reigning ToC champ. It's the end of January now. Stay current on regular J!.

Had Brendan won, he would have been my pick to win the tournament. He was the first celebrity contestant who struck me as a viable multi-day champ in regular play. With Oswalt victorious, my money's back on Ike "Lunch Eater" Barinholtz to win the million for charity.

Definitely. Unless, in this alternate universe, Andy Richter also won. In that case I would have eagerly looked forward to the slugfest. They get my vote for the Celebrity Second Chance Tournament. Throw in Joel Kim Booster to make three, but I don't like his chances.

One of the daily doubles gave them Nathaniel Hawthorne, Hester Prynne, and a Red "A" and wanted The Scarlet Letter.

I look forward to the upcoming finals, and hope somebody finds a DD in the category "Months that start with 'Feb'" or "Colors that end in 'urple'"
I had a dream that I was asleep and then I woke up and Jeopardy! was on.

Notes on the intros:

Reading Cera's introduction, Johnny Gilbert unambiguously pronounced it "The Berenstein Bears".

Hunt gave the audience a vicious 20-second staring contest while Johnny read his intro, ending in a "get outta here, only kidding" hand swipe and grin.

Oswalt started with an Alfred Hitchcock Presents profile, rotating slowly into a Donald-Sutherland-from-Invasion-of-the-Body-Snatchers point-and-grimace, finally giving the audience a thumbs-up.
