This is a great one. I got it but needed more than 30 seconds.

Harrison, a Whig, lived a month after inauguration, which was in March in those days.
Lincoln's assassination date is about as well known as Kennedy's.
That leaves a Democrat who died in office that wasn't Kennedy.

1782: Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart marries Constanze Weber.

1791: Mozart composes The Magic Flute.
On December 5th of that same year, Mozart dies. (Requiem)
