I would need LL time to figure out Nemesis.

Pineapple is not usual pizza topping for me though I have tried it and I did get the clue correct. I don’t care what people eat for a pizza topping and have never understood such strong feelings either way.

Have had pineapple pizza once. Not so bad, but I wouldn’t order it myself.

Pretty sure this is the second time I missed Nemesis, and I'm starting to run out of excuses. I just finished another Nemesis quest in WoW even.

I was correct with pizza and would never put pineapple on one; that's because I just don't like pineapple in the first place, though, not for any philosophical pizza topping reason.

Fiddler of the Roof; no guess (considered Yellowstone, "No, that's in Wyoming")

I like pineapple on pizza.
Oh, what has science wrought? I sought only to turn a man into a metal-encased juggernaut of destruction powered by the unknown properties of a mysterious living crystal. How could this have all gone wrong?

I said Mauritania instead of Mauritius. :(

For some reason I have "J'Accuse - 1898" as a flashcard. I don't get it otherwise.

I believe I once had pineapple on pizza in Southern California...I tolerated it as an outsider adapting to the local customs...

I thought Nemesis was Greek, and isn't "Vendetta" a pretty name?

I sort of knew that Yellowstone straddled several states but not how very much of it was Wyoming. When I read the comment "TV clue in disguise," I thought "damn, it's Deadwood" (yes, I know ).

If I were handed a Hawaiian slice, I'd remove the pineapple, though I might possibly save it for later, if I had something convenient to place it in. As for people's getting bent out of shape over it, I imagine most of the outrage is playful exaggeration. After all, it's not as if we're talking about ketchup on a hotdog.
I'm smart and I want respect.

Wait.. What? I counted Plymouth Rock for Wednesday until I saw it as a miss in the extra questions. Are we sure it wouldn't have been accepted?
I remembered the play as "My American Cousin". I guess I will never get pronouns right.
I got stuck in Jackson Hole because of the tourism TOM, and never sounded out the state name to recognize the translation error.
I couldn't decide between 1898 over 1899 and clammed.

The nemesis clue reminds me of the similar clue about competitors on a river which blew my mind and how did Chris get it? Friday spoiler:
Spoiler
Answer was "rival" apparently related to "river" in Latin
Hell 'ya, pineapple on pizza. Especially Canadian Bacon or Ham, but even OK in veggie pizzas, especially if there is some heat/spice. And the dough ought to be almost gooey so you can't tell where the cheese stops and the bread begins. :).
But Hell no to breakfast pizza, BBQ pizza, Taco pizza, cheeseburger pizza and the like. It makes a half assed pizza and a half-assed something else, which is lose/lose.

Said Deadwood on Friday.
Remembered the first Ramblin' Wreck FJ to help me get the second (missed it the first time).
Have eaten pineapple pizza, which is how I know it is vile. I think I subscribe to Michael Schur/Ken Tremendous's theory that, with rare exceptions, fruit is never intended to be eaten warm.

It's eaten warm in pies, and pizza is a pie!
